La macchinetta del caffè dell'università viene finanziata completamente dalla sottoscritta... e una volta che resto a casa non riesco a rinunciare al mio moccaccino... e già che ci sono tiè! Ti ci piazzo pure due meringhette, tanto per gradire :)
Ecco quindi che un caffè small is enriched with a generous teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa and 2 of sugar (although I like my coffee bitter, in this case I make a small exception:))
2 egg whites 150g sugar
few drops of lemon
Monto the clear and then very slowly add the sugar, around around around ( the electric mixer runs for me:)) until creamy and beautiful hard and shiny.
Then take the pastry bag and formed many meringhettine ... the oven!?
Well, here I put them in the oven after using it for a couple of pies ... I stopped and I put in the pan with the meringues. I closed everything and I opened the morning. Given that the interior had been soft and I wanted it crispy I reinfornato all as above after other cooked biscuits:)
The remaining meringues I think I bring in their own right to give a fudbloggar also touch on the "thugs" of the machine, P
