Nel frattempo, si fa un soffritto con olio extra vergine, qualche spicchio d'aglio intero, olive nere, capperi. Si sciacquano le vongole e le si aggiunge al soffritto, quando iniziano ad aprirsi, si aggiunge un po' di vino bianco, si fa evaporare il vino e si continua a cuocere il tutto.
Quando la pasta è cotta (gli spaghetti sono perfetti), la si versa sul condimento e gli si spolvera un po' di bottarga grattugiata....
una bontà!

Le cantanti, più di 50 donne di voci e generi musicali ben diversi, si esibiranno sul palco che i Depeche Mode lasceranno montato a San Siro, per aiutare l’Abruzzo con il proceeds of the concert.
The specific aim of the project is to collect funds for the reconstruction of the primary school Edmondo De Amicis Aquila. Another portion of the proceeds will be used for the purchase of wooden houses and the support of the people of Abruzzo. (foto dal web) Penso che tutti avremmo nei nostri ricordi d’infanzia questa vivace e ribelle bambina dagli occhi blu e dalle trecce rosse, che le rimanevano sempre orizzontali, che indossava sempre delle calze multicolori e lunghe fin sopra le ginocchia e che viveva in una grande casa, in Villa Villacolle, insieme al suo cavallo bianco a pallini neri, di nome Zietto, e una scimmietta di nome Signor Nilsson.
La piccola Pippi Calzelunghe , orfana di mamma e figlia di un pirata, re dell’isola di Cip-Cip, era una bambina un tanto strana che aveva una forza sovrumana, capace di fare qualsiasi cosa e che sapeva difendersi da tutto e di tutti. A soli 9 anni, nascondeva un tesoro di monete d’oro rilasciato da suo padre e possedeva un’affascinante immaginazione, grazie a cui, lei e i suoi due fidati amici, Tommy e Annika, condividevano molte avventure.

For those not able to attend the meeting with la scrittrice Dacia Maraini preso la Facultad de Filología de Valencia, riportiamo con piacere un piccolo riassunto con dei filmati di quel che è stato il programma di venerdì sera.
La prima parte dell’incontro, come ci aveva già riferito Giovanna, è consistita nella recita per parte di Dacia Maraini , di alcune sue poesie in italiano e poi venivano recitate in spagnolo e inglese. Per citare alcuni titoli, abbiamo potuto sentire dalla voce della poetessa: Una piccola donna dagli occhi di medusa , La mattina , La casa di pietra , I miei giorni , Io sono due , S e amando troppo , Ho sognato di cucinare un porco al forno , L’uomo delle gambe lunghe , Amore se questo è amore e Limone, acqua calda e un grumo di sangue .

Ad aprire il momento delle domande c'è stata una sul terremoto in Abruzzo, poi sono seguite tante altre domande. Tanto per accenare alcune: riguardo alle sue abitudini per scrivere, sul nuovo libro SULLA MAFIA , il suo rapporto con la cultura spagnola e riguardo sua nonna cilena, su com’è stato lavorare insieme a Pasolini per il film IL FIORE DELLE MILLE E UNA NOTTE oppure il suo punto di vista sulla politica italiana.

È un'ottima occasione per conoscere più da vicino una delle migliori scrittrici italiane. Molti di voi sicuramente la ricordano per un breve racconto, piuttosto strano a dire il vero, che normalmente si legge al primo anno: "Mio marito, l'altra famiglia"; ma per apprezzarla davvero, bisogna leggere i bellissimi romanzi LA LUNGA VITA DI MARIANNA UCRIA (dal quale è stato anche tratto un film) e BAGHERIA .
La sua stessa biografia sembra già la trama di uno dei suoi romanzi: Dacia Maraini è figlia dello scrittore ed etnologo Fosco Maraini e della pittrice siciliana Topazia Alliata , appartenente all'antico casato degli Alliata di Salaparuta . La nonna materna si chiamava Sonia Ortúzar Ovalle ed era la figlia di un diplomatico cileno con la passione del canto lirico . La nonna paterna di Dacia era la scrittrice Yoi Crosse, per metà polacca e per metà inglese .

Esce il nuovo romanzo di GIANRICO CAROFIGLIO: Il paradosso del poliziotto edito da Nottetempo , nella collana I sassi (pag. 40, euro 3).
Il libro propone un dialogo fra uno scrittore alle prese con un nuovo racconto e un ispettore di polizia, che conosce il segreto di ottenere confessioni senza ricorrere alla violenza. Sapere che il figlio era stato arrestato per rapina gli avrebbe spezzato il cuore. Non furono proprio queste le parole, ma il senso era questo. Io feci di sí con la testa e poi gli dissi che se voleva potevo andare io dal padre a informarlo.
